A trade union focus on the SDGs – Chad

Chad is a country facing several obstacles on its path towards achieving its objectives within the 2030 Agenda. Among others, the country deals with high levels of poverty, armed conflicts, a fragile economy that makes it very depending on ODA and a poor governance. To reverse this situation, trade unions are calling on the government to put in place progressive actions that are framed in the SDGs and coordinated together with all actors of society at all levels – including via social dialogue.
