Thanks to the excellent work of the trade women committees and the national centers (CUS, CST, FUTATSCON), Nicaragua ratified ILO Convention 189 on October 17. The different political parties represented in the Legislative Assembly unanimously approved the ratification of Convention C189 on decent work for domestic workers.
