Despite a relatively high level of consultations, trade unions are critical to the French government’s opaque way of taking decisions, overlooking most of the union’s contributions. Moreover, trade unions stress that government’s reports on SDG implementation are very weak and not sufficiently based on data and that there is no tripartite SDG-dialogue in place.
