The Government of Burkina Faso has proven good intentions in terms of transparency and level of consultation with the civil society in general and trade unions in particular. However, unions denounce a double discourse in which contributions are accepted informally but not officially integrated in the national development plan. This along with not bringing the discussion to the frame of social dialogue.
