At yesterday’s meeting the vice-minister concluded that Poland will join the majority that will be expressed in the group European Union countries. Our representative reacted that due to historical circumstances, the government should clearly opt for submitting an application to the ICJ advisory opinion, regardless of whether such a solution will support the majority or minority.

Polish employers have not yet presented its position. At yesterday’s meeting, informed only that the opinion will be presented at a later date.
