Following the Helsinki debates on the issue paper , the ITUC Congress Resolution on “A sustainable and just development model for the XXIst century” , and the negotiation process with the EU on the renewal for the support of the trade union development network, this discussion paper has been produced with the aim to take the necessary decisions on the mission, structure and working methods of the TUDCN as well as on its workplan for 2011-2012.
