The ITUC has joined with its affiliated organisations in Paraguay, the CNT and CUT-A, in strongly condemning Industria Paraguaya Frigorífica S.A (IPFSA) and the industrial refrigeration firm’s president, Alba Pettengil Vacca, for violating the national constitution, the core conventions of the ILO, the national labour law and its accompanying legislation.
