7th of October (World Day of Decent Work) Pakistan National Textile Leather Garment & General Federation and its affiliated Union organize a ceremony in his federation office & also conduct a rally in Mumtazabad Multan, Chaired by Mrs. Farida Zaheer Taj G.S PNTLGGWF.
He demanded to Government to remove the precarious work in all sectors. Give permanent job to daily wages workers. Also provide them all the facilities that are given to permanent workers. Moreover he said brings reforms in labor law. That will provide complete security of jobs to workers. Those workers especially women workers who are working in their home provide them equal rights and facilities like Social Security card, EOIB etc.
Before this ceremony Pakistan National Textile Leather Garments & General Workers Federation central Executive Committee meeting was conduct. In this meeting a resolution passed. It is decided in this resolution to highlight this Precarious Work issue on all forums like print & electronic media. Also demand to government to implement the laws that will provide the relaxation to workers.

Other speakers, Syed Ehsan ul Shah, Ch Sharif, Khadim Hussain, Sadique Attique, Fayyaz Elahi, and Abdul Ghafoor express their feelings and demand to government to provide job security to the workers.

Pntlggwf and its affiliated union women leaders also attend the meeting and express their feelings, that women role is very important to progress and prosperity of this country. Without their participation it’s very difficult to compete the other nations.
