Japan: Solidarity Message from Sharan Burrow

3 August 2011: 66 years after the atomic bombings in Japan, and only five months after the earthquake and the tsunami hit Japan, the ITUC General Secretary Sharan Burrow is sending to the Japanese people a solidarity message on the occasion of the participation of JTUC-RENGO and the ITUC in the commemorations of the victims of the atomic bombings. Rengo is holding peace rallies in both Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
